What beauty advice do you hope to share with the world?
Makeup has no rules, which people forget. We try to blend in too often when we can also use it as a tool to stand out. Make-up doesn’t always have to be pretty or follow the trends. The point is to be you!
What is your holy grail foundation?
My current favorite for mixed skin is the Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer. Foundation is only one step for me, my favorites change, but this is what works best right now.
What’s the most disappointing beauty product you’ve ever tried?
The Makeup Forever Step 1 Make-up Equalizer Mattifying Primer. The primer didn’t hold any of my oil at all. To this day, I can’t look at Makeup Forever without feeling it’s overhyped and overpriced. No one talks about them anymore.
What’s one beauty hack you would recommend to anyone?
Go away from the hype and try local brands too. Your make-up collection doesn’t always have to come from Sephora. In Europe, I get exposed to different brands and find different Holy Grails that may not be as popular but work flawlessly for me.

Now, she shares her favorite beauty finds, makeup tutorials, and testing videos with her fans on Instagram and YouTube. If she could describe her style in one word, it would be “colorful”.
What beauty advice do you hope to share with the world?
Find your perfect nude. Your perfect nude lip shade will do SO much for you. You can seriously pair it with any makeup look. Once you find your perfect shade, hold onto it because it’ll take you through the rest of your life.
What is your holy grail foundation?
The Rimmel Stay Matte foundation. It’s SO cheap and always lasts me a long time. I love how easy it is to apply and the coverage on it is amazing.
What’s the most disappointing beauty product you’ve ever tried?
The MAC Fix Plus spray. It didn’t do anything for my makeup. I even wondered if it was just water in a bottle, with no other ingredients. I have other setting sprays I trust!
What’s one beauty hack you would recommend to anyone?
Always put highlighter on your cupid’s bow, your brown bone, and in the inner corner of your eyes. Your lips and your eyes will look so much bigger, with minimal extra effort!

Certified Makeup ArtistStephanie Jensen is a makeup and beauty fanatic. She worked at Sephora back in college, but her love for beauty never stopped. She became obsessed with makeup the first time she saw her mom wear red lipstick! Her makeup, skincare, and fragrance collection is offensively growing to large proportions. So much so to where she has to keep extra products at her boyfriend’s apartment. When she’s not putting on her beat or playing around with new products, she’s out shopping for new beauty products!
What beauty advice do you hope to share with the world?
You should focus more on skincare! So many beauty YouTubers pull off flawless looks because they make their skincare routine their #1 priority. It’s easy to get lost in the glitz and glam of all of the cool new beauty launches coming out. But, investing in your skin is something you’ll never regret!
What is your holy grail foundation?
The Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation!
What’s the most disappointing beauty product you’ve ever tried?
The MAC Studio Eye Glosses were the worst thing ever released, in my opinion. I don’t know how anyone could feel comfortable wearing them. They were so thick on your lids and the application didn’t look good at all!
What’s one beauty hack you would recommend to anyone?
If you’ve never found a way to cure your dry lips, use eye cream! A regular part of my nightly beauty routine is putting eye cream on my lips, like a lip mask. My lips are soft, smooth, and I don’t have any signs of aging around my mouth. It works wonders!
Alexandra Gavrilescu
Makeup FanaticAlexandra loves to play around with luxurious makeup products, but she finds herself always gravitating toward affordable options. She hopes to teach every person how to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin through the power of makeup. One day, she hopes to hold her own Art Classes to teach the foundations of makeup artistry.
What beauty advice do you hope to share with the world?
A good set of brushes will change your life. You should never doubt how much different your makeup looks when you’re using high-quality brushes. And don’t forget, high-quality doesn’t always mean expensive. There’s a lot of affordable (but quality) brushes out there on the market.
What is your holy grail foundation?
IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream. I know this one isn’t cheap, but I love the way it feels on my skin. It does such a great job of covering everything up without making me look like a doll!
What’s the most disappointing beauty product you’ve ever tried?
The Urban Decay Wired palette. I was so excited when it came out, but it really wasn’t workable. The colors were so patchy!
What’s one beauty hack you would recommend to anyone?
Don’t try to “save” your skincare products. One day I was talking to a friend who also happens to be a scientist. She told me that the second the ingredients in your skincare products are exposed to oxygen, they start to degrade. This means they won’t be as effective. You’ll get more bang for your buck if you use your skincare products heavily!
